Many manufacturers doubt whether flexo can print high-quality products, and do not pay attention to the quality awareness and operation training of employees

2. The equipment is not matched. Flexographic printing is pasted on the plate cylinder after plate making. If pasted directly on the machine, it is difficult to ensure the registration accuracy of the plate. Therefore, it is necessary to purchase a plate loader with accuracy detection function to ensure the registration accuracy

3. improper selection of embossing roller of flexographic printing machine. When printing color layered plates, the embossing roller should be about 400 lines. Different colors should be selected according to the ink transfer volume. If the number of lines is the same, it is difficult to achieve the desired effect
